Almond Butter, Gluten-free, Keto, Vegan & Paleo Cookies

Ingredients:
1 measuring cup / 250 g Naked Bites almond paste,
1/3 measuring cup / 100 g carob molasses or date extract,
1 teaspoon of ground chia seeds, depending on the consistency,
or you can use 1 egg
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)
Chopped almonds for decoration
If you want chocolate, vegan dark 72% cocoa @arohacikolata
Preparation:
1. Bring the oven to 170 degrees and prepare your tray.
2. Mix the ingredients, add the chocolate.
3. With the help of a spoon or with your hand, form small balls and place them on the parchment paper.
5. Bake at 170 degrees for 12 minutes, wait until the tray cools down and serve.
