Blueberry Banana Smoothie Bowl
6. Title
When eaten at breakfast, this delicious bowl eliminates the need for sugar and keeps you full throughout the day. Dark red and purple colored fruits are rich in antioxidants. I prefer fruits such as blueberries, blackberries, black mulberries, raspberries and strawberries, both for this reason and because they contain low calories and sugar.
Materials:
1 frozen sliced banana
2 handfuls of frozen blueberries
1 teaspoon flaxseed powder
1 teaspoon chia seeds
2 tablespoons (40-50 g) Naked Bites Quinoa & Almond Granola
1 teaspoon Naked Bites Peanut Butter (soft/with peanuts)
Half a glass of almond milk (or any herbal milk or water of your choice)
Fabrication:
1. Blend frozen sliced bananas, frozen blueberries, flax and chia seeds, and almond milk in a blender or food processor.
2. Mix until you reach the consistency you want. It may take some time for frozen fruits to get a soft consistency. If you want a soft consistency, you can add more milk.
3. When the consistency is as desired, pour the mixture into your bowl and decorate it with granola, peanut butter and fruits of your choice. I love eating my smoothies in coconut bowls. If you want to try it tooOur eco-friendly kitchen accessories You can visit.
Peanut and almond butter are sources of vegetable protein, oats are sources of natural fiber, and chia and flax seeds are sources of plant omega. When you consume 2-3 teaspoons of chia and flax seeds during the day, you meet your daily omega needs.
Be healthy and happy!
